If yes, the Franchise Tax Board is seeking talented leaders to join our team as an Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II. We have multiple openings in the Analysis Bureau : Case Management Audit & Collections Analysis Section (CMACAS) and Web and CCP Application Analysis Section (WCAAS), and may also have openings within the Case Management & Accounting Systems Analysis Services and Enterprise Applications Analysis areas.CMACAS provides application support for the new enterprise Case Management applications for audit / legal, and non-tax collection services. WCAAS provides application support for several application areas including our enterprise Taxpayer Folder, Noticing Services and WebAPIs.The analysis bureau is responsible for requirements, documentation, and the analysis phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for FTB's applications. Our leadership team supports high performing systems analysts responsible for developing technical business and system requirements, works on enterprise projects involving technical and business partners, and supports the implementation of new enterprise processes and procedures impacting FTB’s Technology Services Division (TSD).

Working Conditions

This position is eligible for limited remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of four days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
