As a member of the US Media team you will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in forging strategic partnerships with key organizations and individuals, including teams, leagues, influencers, and media outlets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our partnerships, from identification and negotiation to activation, execution, and performance measurement.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

Preferred Skills and Experience
Comprehensive experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship management, or a related field, preferably within the sports or entertainment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and performance metrics.
What you will be doing
Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy in collaboration with the media agency, aligning with marketing and business objectives.
Identifying, researching, and evaluating potential partnership opportunities (e.g., sports teams, leagues, influencers, media outlets) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Negotiating partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms and brand alignment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Developing and executing partnership activation plans, collaborating with the creative agency, internal teams, and the media agency.
Ensuring all partnership activities and assets align with brand standards and are integrated into the overall marketing plan.
Tracking and measuring partnership performance against defined KPIs, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations.
Develop and implement reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and analyze trends.
Manage the partnership budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation, tracking spend, and optimising for ROI.
Ensure all partnership activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirement.
