This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO) a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations platforms and logistics and intelligence operations.

HII-Mission Technologies is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team! A successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on collaboration and is dedicated to client this role you will be a key problem-solver and solution architect responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our projects. You will manage schedules monitor budgets and prepare status reports all while serving as the main point of contact between our project team clients and leadership. Your ability to anticipate issues and develop effective solutions will be critical to meeting our goals for productivity quality and client satisfaction. Come grow with us!

What you will do

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning project team and line management
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers line managers and clients
  • Full working knowledge of procedures and practices
  • Monitor work operations of exempt and / or non-exempt employees daily and actively assists or provides direction to subordinates as required
  • Perform especially in staff or professional groups on-going operational tasks of organizational groups
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

    • What we are looking for

  • 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience
  • Positive team player focused on achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficieny with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Clearance : Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance with the continued ability to obtain TS / SCI
