You will balance 50% administrative responsibilities-such as managing departmental workflows, budgets, and compliance-and 50% clinical practice, providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services. Responsibilities :

• Provide visionary leadership for the Radiology Department, promoting excellence in patient safety, quality, and service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor radiologists, technologists, and departmental staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other clinical departments to enhance imaging services.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, including technological advancements and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Maintain a clinical practice by interpreting diagnostics and performing interventional procedures.
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation to ensure sustainability.
