Speech Language Pathologist, Per Diem

Job Description

The Speech and Language Pathologist I provides a full range of speech pathology services to include evaluation and treatment for speech and language disorders, cognitive impairments, visual field deficits and dysphagia. Complies with all regulations, standards, hospital and department policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and elderly with a variety of diagnoses.
• Experience in clinical dysphagia evaluation and treatment.
• Experience in evaluation and treatment of cognitive impairments, neurological disorders and voice disorders.
• With consideration to age, employee utilizes the approved process to resolve biophysical, psychological, educational, and environmental needs of the patient / significant others when administering care.
