Job Summary :

Looking for an innovative and creative Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Designer passionate about crafting exceptional learning experiences in a dynamic environment. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning solutions to support user onboarding, professional development, and performance improvement across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess solid project management skills, and have a talent for balancing technical depth with strong interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead projects through the entire design lifecycle, from scoping and analysis to development and launch, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives, and develop engaging, high-quality instructional content.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, scope projects effectively, and evaluate existing materials to determine the best instructional approach.
• Independently develop a range of instructional materials, including tutorials, digital interactives, and multimedia content.
• Manage project timelines efficiently and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, always prioritizing learner needs.
