Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Hospice LPN for a 14-week travel assignment in Fontana, California. Summary :

A Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care to patients receiving end-of-life support, ensuring comfort, dignity, and symptom management. Hospice LPNs follow established care plans, administer medications, monitor patients for changes, and provide emotional support to families, all under the direction of an RN or physician. Their role is essential in helping patients experience a peaceful and comfortable transition.
