Agape Treatment Center , is currently seeking a Full Time Alumni Coordinator for our facility in Wilton Manors, FL!

The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for making outgoing calls while following the outlined format for assesment of alumni and directs alumni to admissions for any remitting to Agape Treatment Centers. They are also responsible for maintaining communications with alumni and organizaing alumni events.

Specific Areas of Responsibility :

  • Conducts outbound telephone calls to Agape Treatment Center’s alumni.
  • Alerts clinical and other staff to any special problems or issues that alumni may have that would affecttreatment or recovery.
  • Follows up with the alumni on any questions or needs.
  • Follows protocol during phone conversations and adheres to company policies during all communicationwith alumni.
  • Represents the program to referral sources, potential patients, and other outside individuals and agencies ina courteous, professional manner that reflects positively on the program and its staff.
  • Maintains assignment boards, bulletin boards, and other communication sources.
  • Maintains Alumni Facebook page.
  • Conducts and initiates Alumni interest in events, chapter meetings, sober sports, and other activities, worksas a liaison between Directors and vendors to plan such events.
  • Maintains relationships with all Alumni via groups, phone, text message, social media and email providingnecessary information, as needed.
  • Maintains relationships with family via phone and email providing information, as needed.
  • Facilitates Alumni Chapter Meeting and groups at all facilities, as needed, schedule speakers when needed.
  • Assists in the Admission process when necessary for readmit clients.
  • Communicates with Client Care coordinators via email and phone to get admission process started onalumni referrals.
  • Conducts initial follow up calls with Clients ensuring that all discharge plans are running smoothly,assisting with any questions or concerns.

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of facility and alumni policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers.
  • Ability to work independently in assigned areas.
  • One (1) year of experience as alumni coordinator in a health care facility.
