Human Resource Generalist job in Chandler, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Aerospace / Defense company. In this job you will represent HR to our supervisors and their teams, partnering with managers and employees to ensure a phenomenal place to work.

Responsibilities :

• Establish relationships and support performance and talent-based needs.
• Drive the talent management agenda with your client groups to include talent development and performance management.
• Co-own and drive action to strengthen employee experience.
• Lead and coordinate recruiting for local direct labor positions within your client groups.
• Educate and assist supervisors in the administration of the employee handbook policies.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
