We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Allstate - Devery Prince Agency Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our agency's success by delivering exceptional service to our insureds and helping them find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs. As a key member of our sales team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our growth goals and uphold our commitment to excellence. Reps can make even more with our competitive commission structure, ranging from 4% to 9% percent for new policies sold.
- Performance Bonus Opportunity : We will pay an accelerated performance bonus of $5,000 for candidates with all of the following attributes :
- Active P&C or Personal Lines License
- Presently, or very recently appointed with Allstate Insurance Company for 3+ years in either a sales or service role
- Lives in the Pacific, Alaska or Hawaii time zones
- 3+ years of Auto and / or Home insurance Allstate sales experience
- 2+ years of outbound dialer experience utilizing products similar to Ricochet 360
- Demonstrated proof of sales showing policies issued per month - plus bundling, including PUP policies and Life / FS referrals to EFS
- Utilized sales training systems similar to Role Play with the Olson Agency or Craig Wiggins Coaching

Responsibilities
Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.Prospects for new business via warm leads by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads , and lead databases (CRM with a dialer). Agency purchases >$20,000 in new leads per month across multiple platforms.
Be responsible for issuing more than 50 policies a month.Skillfully address client objections and concerns , utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections , ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.Requirement
Candidate must have worked at an Allstate agency within the last two years, either in person or remotely.Candidate must be familiar with the disposition protocols of the Ricochet 360 dialer.Candidate must be able to work from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm Monday-Friday (Alaska Time Zone).Candidate must have an active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License or equivalent.Candidate should be able to prove expertise in bundling and cross-selling proficiency via sales logs or similar.Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create an authentic and positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
