A company is looking for a Director of Business Analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of analysts supporting Finance, Operations, and Risk & Trading Build relationships with business leaders to create an actionable analytics roadmap Define and operationalize metrics, ensuring consistency and accessibility of data Required Qualifications 10+ years in analytics or related fields, with at least 4 years in team management Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align analytics with business outcomes Experience in establishing effective processes and prioritization frameworks Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern BI tools (dbt, Looker, Tableau) Interest in enabling self-serve analytics through AI and other innovative tools
