Robert Half is partnering with a nationwide law firm based in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Conflicts Analyst who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension / conversion into a permanent role.

Location : Pacific Time Zone OR Mountain Time Zone - REQUIREMENT

Pay Rate : $35-45 per hour

Duration : 1+ year, potential for extension

Schedule : M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities :

• Conduct and analyze conflict searches using Intapp and other databases for new clients, matters, and hires, ensuring thorough and accurate results.
• Assess and resolve potential conflicts by evaluating risk and collaborating with attorneys and management to develop appropriate resolution strategies.
• Maintain compliance documentation by recording conflict assessments and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Support process improvement and training, including mentoring junior staff and contributing to special projects aimed at enhancing conflict procedures.
• Extensive experience in conflicts analysis, including reviewing conflict submissions, resolving ethical / business conflicts, and using conflicts management tools like Intapp.

The salary range for this position is $35-45 / hr. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
