• Job Responsibilities
• Design & Storytelling : Creating visually compelling content including infographics, charts, PowerPoint presentations, and other digital / print materials that translate complex business concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Strategic Messaging : Leading the integration of messaging and design to support sales content packages, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business goals, and client needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Partnering with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Subject Matter Experts to understand business objectives and proactively enhance storytelling through design and content.
• Innovation & Process Improvement : Recommending and implementing new approaches to design, digital engagement, and team processes.
• Project Management : Managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and strategic priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Quality & Brand Compliance : Maintaining a meticulous focus on quality, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, brand-compliant, and impactful.
• Content Enablement Tools : Leveraging platforms such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Allego, and Highspot to deliver and manage content effectively.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in design, communications, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, content strategy, or sales enablement, with a portfolio showcasing excellence in both visual and written storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office; experience with Allego, SharePoint, and other content management platforms preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail, copy editing / writing skills, and executive presence.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
