Litigation Paralegal, Labor & Employment Defense (Los Angeles County)

Prominent defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably within labor and employment, and demonstrated experience assisting in all aspects of trial preparation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and trial documents; prepare exhibits and motion appendices.
• Support document review and production while tracking status and organization of case materials.
• Handle case file preparation, review, and maintenance.
• Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation, and coordinate witness or expert interviews.
• Manage e-discovery processes and ensure compliance with Firm standards; enter billing and expenses promptly.

Compensation range of $90k - $110k annually depending on experience.
