job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull-cycle Accounts Payable processes including : Journal entries Weekly check runs Reconciliations Assisting with record-keeping Preparing documentation for audit season Vendor management including updating contracts and helping with 1099 filing Other ad hoc projects will be expected of the Staff Accountant to support quarter-end and year-end Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years) 3+ years of Staff Accountant experience, including full-cycle accounts payable and preparing journal entries Experience working with a small team Microsoft Dynamics experience is a major plus

About the Company Seeking a Staff Accountant :

- The Staff Accountant will work with a close knit group and provide substantial value to the team
- This person will be the right hand to the CFO, and work on analysis projects as well as the day to day accounting functions of a small team
