Loan Processor

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and correct loan files to meet  24-hour closing deadlines .
• Review and update  Cash to Close ,  DTI , and  Seller Credits  at closing.
• Restructure loans based on last-minute changes and investor requirements.
• Analyze borrower documentation including  credit reports ,  bank statements , and  income verification .
• Apply  Fannie Mae  and  Freddie Mac  guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Perform clean-up tasks on partially processed files; no single owner per file.
• Add loan conditions and initiate chats with  Branch Operations  for resolution.
• Work through a  “get next” pipeline  with up to  130 guideline reviews per day .
• Ensure all changes and updates align with  investor standards .

ONSITE IN PLANO, will be moving locations by November to CARROLLTON full time.
