job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProviding care for patients with diverse illnesses and conditions in various settings such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools, under the supervision of healthcare providers. Collaborating with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to ensure outstanding patient care. Conducting patient assessments, documenting progress, and reporting any changes to providers. Assisting in the implementation of physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments. Administering medications, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment. Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Colorado. Current CPR certification (demonstration course required). A minimum of 6 months of work experience as an LPN or RN. Valid TB screening. COVID-19 vaccination card. Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March). Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent communication with a compassionate approach.
Status : PRN, All Shifts
Hourly Rates : $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
