Job Title
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage all aspects of financial transactions and record-keeping. This onsite role combines administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office while maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements
Proven experience in office management and bookkeeping roles. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of financial principles, including GAAP compliance. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage staff effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is preferred.
