Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on deeply technical hires Design and implement core people systems including onboarding, performance management, and compliance Collaborate with leadership to enhance employer branding and position the organization as a top destination for talent Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting Proven success in hiring for technical roles such as network engineers and infrastructure specialists Experience in high-growth or startup environments, building and leading recruiting processes Knowledge of people operations best practices for remote teams Experience with AI and modern recruiting tools is a plus
