We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Portugal.

Technical requirements :

Proven experience and qualifications in the configuration, support and operations of ServiceNow.
Certification in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is mandatory.
At least one of the following certifications on ServiceNow : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist certification in IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Customer Service Management as well as the Micro Certification - Service Portal.
Proven experience of working with ITSM and CSM tools.
Working experience with leading / best practices and implementation methodologies such as ServiceNow Assure and Now Create.
Experience of collaboration with ServiceNow Expert Services would be of added value.
Proven experience of integrating, configuring and managing legacy, COTS and Cloud-based migrations for products other than ServiceNow.
Proven experience of working in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Soft skills :

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various Service Groups.

Proven effective oral and written communication skills.

Excellent command of the English language.
