Position Overview : Communiboost We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to community festivals. Your expertise in managing all logistical aspects of event planning will be crucial in ensuring our events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients and attendees. Salary Range : $16.50 - $26.00 hourly Location : Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various types of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and A / V equipment.
• Work closely with clients to determine event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
• Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional content.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best service and pricing.
