Sandwich Maker

Sweetpea Baking Company is an all vegan bakery / cafe located in Portland's former "vegan mini mall". We offer a wide assortment of baked goods, sandwiches, breakfast, and full espresso bar.

We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working sandwich maker!

The sandwich maker shift is 9 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. Days to be determined, but applicants should be available to work weekend days. We are hiring for both a full-time and a part-time position.

Please have :

• An eye for detail
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions
• A good team attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to lift 50 lbs
• A valid Food Handler s card

Experience in kitchens / food service is not required but is strongly preferred.

Experience with vegan, gluten-free and other allergen free food is also preferred but not required.

Current Oregon Food Handlers Card is required upon beginning employment.

Must be available Saturdays and Sundays

Starting wage is $ plus $6 to 9 / hr in tips
