About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their leadership team. The CoS will be a key driver of strategic alignment, efficiency, and execution across operations, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively implemented across all departments and geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and monitoring strategic goals, driving cross-functional alignment, leading special projects, and supporting various aspects of the business, including fundraising and board preparation. Operational leadership is also a critical component of the role, involving the building of scalable systems, overseeing key operational rhythms, and identifying and implementing solutions to enhance team efficiency. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a proven track record in strategic leadership, with at least 5 years' experience in strategy, operations, or leadership roles. Executive support experience, particularly in a Chief of Staff or senior advisory capacity, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in operational excellence, project management, and stakeholder communication. Global collaboration, high integrity, and confidentiality are also key attributes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
