Responsibilities

  • Support data implementation to enhance procurement insights
  • Authority knowledge about systems, tools and data, and leading / supporting procurement projects as a team member
  • Responsible for coordinating, building, and sustaining analytical support, data collection and analysis of supply chain needs at a Global level
  • Ownership in validation and real-time numbers for supply chain data management
  • Support for special projects, ad hoc data mining, report generation and metrics as needed to provide decision support for the organization
  • Connect with global and regional team regularly to share most updated data and help verify discrepancies.
  • Work with Finance team for data research and data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support Global supply chain growth efforts through savings that expand margin visual management
  • Monthly reconciliation of savings against the general ledger (PPV, VAVE, unfavorable PPV, surcharges, FX, journal entries, etc.)
  • Leads data integrity, transmission and reporting to Fortive Corp and FHS
  • Aids in preparation of Schedule10 and Schedule11 for annual planning process

Experience

  • Skills and capabilities with T-SQL programming skills
  • Experience in creating reports using Powerbi, excel and other visualization tools
  • demonstrated ability in developing business intelligence solutions
  • Knowledge of MRP systems, including forecasts, bills of material and general purchasing practices
  • Understanding of REST and Web API
  • Experience with an ERP - Oracle ERP desired
  • Experience in developing conclusions, proposals and / or strategies from data analysis
  • Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required, SQL preferred.
  • High level of autonomy, time management, and problem solving skills - a high degree of accuracy is required.
  • Knowledge of the MS SQL BI Server Stack including integration and analysis services
  • Good understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
  • Energetic to continuously improve processes and data related needs for the business
  • Power BI experience focused on specific data improvement goals and problem solving.
  • Ability to build reports using PowerBi, Excel, and Other visualization tools
  • Data integration from multiple systems
  • Experience using logic and analytics to solve problems and identify areas of opportunity
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and able to excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize work effectively in demanding situations.
  • Preferred to have understanding of the supply chain and operational language
  • Travel : ad hoc – 10% or less
