What You'll Do
Real Geeks is looking for a dynamic Onboarding Advisor to support new customers as they adopt our real estate CRM, website, and marketing platform. In this customer-facing role, you'll guide real estate professionals through a high-impact and fast paced SaaS onboarding experience that accelerates their business results. You'll blend project management, product and real estate coaching insights to deliver an onboarding journey that boosts confidence, improves adoption, and drives long-term success with our real estate technology.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a confident, personable welcome and seamless handoff from Sales.Translate each client's goals into a clear success roadmap with defined milestones.Drive implementation of all platform components, balancing speed with quality.Coach clients through CRM setup, lead engagement, and marketing best practices.Monitor progress and re-engage clients who fall behind on key onboarding tasks.Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor during onboarding.Collaborate with MLS, Support, and Training teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.Spot early signs of churn risk and apply proactive problem-solving.Document outcomes and insights to improve future onboarding strategies.What You Offer
35+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS onboarding, or Account Management.Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.Experience coaching customers toward measurable success, not just product setup.Excellent communication skills with the ability to reach non-technical users.Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced real estate technology or SaaS environment.What We Offer :
