As a Product Manager at MITY Inc., you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development and management of our furniture product lines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of our products. Responsibilities :

  • Drive the execution of the comprehensive product roadmap in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Implement product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Align product initiatives with overall business objectives by working closely with senior leadership.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in creating product roadmaps and release plans to guide development efforts.
  • Liaise closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Support product launches and provide ongoing training & assistance to sales team and customers.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
  • Analyze product costs, including manufacturing, distribution, and marketing expenses, to determine contribution margins. Identify opportunities to optimize margins while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage the regular updating of price sheets to reflect changes in product pricing, discounts, promotions and terms. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to communicate price updates to sales and / or customers.
  • Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the furniture or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of furniture design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
