Assistant Controller - Private Credit

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller specializing in Private Credit and Direct Lending. Key Responsibilities Review and approve monthly and quarterly accounting close and financial reporting processes for Credit Funds Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate accounting records and improve reporting efficiency Manage liquidity of Funds and assist in year-end audits and investor reporting Required Qualifications Undergraduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting required 10-15 years of experience in alternative investments or public accounting CPA strongly preferred Strong understanding of credit instruments and fund accounting concepts Experience with distressed debt and knowledge of portfolio accounting systems preferred
