Journeyman Welder

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Welder to join our fabrication team. This position performs advanced pipe and structural welding, working from technical drawings to produce high-quality components that support our production goals. This is a hands-on, skilled role requiring precision, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities :

Perform pipe and structural steel welding at a journeyman level

Interpret and work from blueprints and weld specifications

Complete fabrication assignments with high first-pass quality and efficiency

Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workspace

Support team production schedules and collaborate with fabrication crew

Occasionally operate forklifts and company vehicles as needed

Required Skills & Experience :

Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW (TIG) welding processes

Must be able to pass 6G Carbon & Stainless Steel GTAW pipe weld tests

Experience in pipe fitting and / or structural fitting

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Familiarity with shop fabrication tools (oxy / fuel torch, plasma, band saw, etc.)

Must hold a valid Washington State driver’s license
