Brewer / Cellar / Forklift Operator

POSITION OVERVIEW

Barrel One Collective (B1C), the parent company of Harpoon is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Vermont Production team. The Brewer / Cellar / Forklift Operator will be responsible for many of the day-to-day activities necessary to make high-quality beer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Cellar Operations

• Start-up and shut-down of facility processes
• CIP, CUP, and sanitizing of fermenters and BB tanks, lines, and yeast brinks
• Performing gravity reads and dry hopping of fermenters; accurate documentation
• Yeast cell counts and pitching
• Racking kegs
• Daily operation of filtration equipment and procedures
• Cleaning and sanitizing filtration equipment and lines
• Preparing cellar systems for daily start-up
