About the Role :

The Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market penetration within the designated region. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with clients, while also identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Account Executive will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies. Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and expense management.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with Regional accounts and key account development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Skills :

    The required skills such as P&L management and expense management are essential for making informed financial decisions that impact the overall profitability of the region. Key account development and management skills will be utilized daily to build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
