Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Construction Project Coordinator :

Manage and oversee restoration projects, including fire, water, mold, and mitigation

Coordinate and lead project teams of 5 or more members

Ensure compliance with insurance, restoration, and construction industry standards

Be on call for 7 days, followed by 7 days off, with typical working hours from 7-5

Travel within a 2-hour radius around Memphis, with a company car provided

Required Skills for Construction Project Coordinator :

2+ years of restoration project management experience

Strong knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry

Experience in managing project teams of 5 or more members

High School Diploma

Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record

Preferred Certifications :

IIRC Certification - Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration

ASD - Applied Structural Drying Technician

WRT - Water Damage Restoration Technician

OCT - Odor Control Technician
