The Product Manager For Know Your Customer (Kyc) Will Be A Key Player In Shaping And Executing The Strategy For Kyc-Related Products At Pierce Technology Corp. This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements, Customer Needs, And Emerging Trends In Compliance To Create Effective Solutions That Enhance Our Service Offerings. The Successful Candidate Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Product Development And Implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy Development :
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KYC products.
• Conduct market analysis and user research to gather insights that inform product decisions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting KYC compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and enhance KYC product features.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launch and promotional strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and address user feedback effectively.
• Customer Engagement :
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding KYC products, providing guidance and support.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to ensure product effectiveness and reliability.
• Performance Monitoring :
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
