We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Fundraising Officer to join a nonprofit organization based in Chatsworth, California. Responsibilities :

• Develop and nurture relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners to secure funding and support for organizational initiatives.
• Conduct thorough research to identify grant opportunities and assist in drafting and submitting compelling proposals.
• Initiate contact with potential donors through cold calling and outreach efforts to promote the organization's mission and secure contributions.
• Plan and implement successful fundraising campaigns and events that align with revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and manage donor databases effectively to track progress and engagement.
• Provide detailed updates and reports on fundraising activities, campaign outcomes, and donor engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative fundraising strategies.
• Monitor fundraising trends and identify new opportunities to expand the organization's donor base.
