Position Overview

Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity. Core responsibilities include managing day to day clinic operations, ensuring clinical quality expectations are met, providing exceptional customer service, managing the clinic's financial performance, managing growth strategy, proactively managing veteran enrollment and retention, maintaining staffing levels, reviewing reports, emphasizing attracting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining talent, developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with VA partners, and supporting new initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications include two years healthcare management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage, strong service mentality, proficiency in computer applications, strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, ability to identify areas of opportunity, ability to resolve issues effectively, and current certification in Basic Life Support.
