job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFirst point of contact for all incoming calls. Take orders accurately for both customers and sales representatives. Research trench shoring solutions for customers. Process contracts, create proformas, quotes, and ensure contracts have all proper documentation and approvals for opening and closing contracts. Manage trucking for both rental and sales, including spot checks on loads leaving to ensure everything is on the truck. Ensure all necessary actions are taken for accurate billings. Utilize company, vendor, and industry resources to constantly grow knowledge of equipment and their applicable parts. In addition to the above stated major responsibilities, various projects may also be assigned. High school diploma required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to learn and take instruction. Bilingual a plus. Must be able to work in both a team and independent environment. Proven ability to use multiple computer software programs to perform daily tasks. Experience with trench safety and boring equipment is highly desired. Experience dealing with utility contractors (sewer, water, and gas) is a plus. Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently. Have the desire to take action, learn, and be appreciative. Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner..
US Shoring, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co . is searching for a Rental Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for renting and selling products to walk-in and call-in customers. While working closely with the office and General Managers for pricing and profit margin information, you will also assist and serve as the point of contact for U.S. Shoring & Equipment Co. Territory Sales Managers.
