A private practice group in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Hospitalist for an inpatient role that offers excellent work-life balance, covering patients of the practice at the hospital on a Mon-Fri schedule. Job Description :

Compensation : $260000 - $280000 Job ID : 37911

Job Function :

• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for patients within the practice.
• See unassigned patients admitted through affiliated hospitals, with a goal of transitioning them to the practice.
• Maintain a busy patient volume supported by strong hospital partnership and affiliation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule covering hospital or sub-acute facility during weekdays.
• Create and manage your own clinical schedule to balance workload and personal preferences (Mon-Fri 9-5 hours in general)
• Provide occasional on-call coverage for the hospital.
