Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support a dedicated team of over professional employees. This role is crucial for our site's success, acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike. As the HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible to provide expert guidance and support on all people-related matters. This includes talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development, all while ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. and driving key HR initiatives to help our teams thrive.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing consultation and support to management and employees.
• Act as a strategic partner to the site's management team, providing advice, counsel, and direction on business issues that impact employees and organizational effectiveness. You will also provide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance development and corrective action.
• Promote and provide guidance on performance management program.
• Ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures related to recruitment, compensation & benefits, rewards and recognition and talent development. You will also manage the rollout of corporate HR programs, such as compensation and benefits policies, performance management & development and employee surveys.
• Conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and consulting with legal counsel. You'll make recommendations and document your findings thoroughly.
• Partner with site leadership to implement organizational changes. You'll also conduct ongoing assessments of skill competencies, knowledge, and talent needs.
