ABOUT THE ROLE : To create a compelling shopping and purchasing experience for Blu Dot customers through exceptional service, excellence in merchandise presentation, and cultivation of an inclusive, high energy store environment. Advance Blu Dot's reputation as an American design studio in the San Francisco market.

Represent and expand the customer's connection to the Blu Dot brand through a personable and professional demeanorUse product information and design knowledge to demonstrate merchandise features and benefitsSuggest additional items based on an assessment of a customer's needsAssist with the sales process and ensure a seamless transition as neededCreate quotes and place orders as neededAssist in prospecting new customers to help grow brand awareness in the marketExecute and maintain visual merchandising standards of the storeAssist in seasonal floor changes including light furniture assembly and some liftingUtilize store supply of sales & marketing materials and distribute effectively to customersMaintain an accurate customer email database for communicating sales, events, and promotionsAssist with market-specific eventsAssist the Store Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing reoccurring cycle countsAvailability to work weekends is requiredEveryone's welcome to our party!
