Manager, Technical Accounting And Policy

Join us as a Manager, Technical Accounting and Policy and make a strategic impact on how we shape our financial future. This role offers the opportunity to influence key accounting policies, collaborate across teams, and tackle complex challenges with confidence and creativity. This is a senior, individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director.

Responsibilities :

• Lead technical accounting research and provide clear guidance on emerging GAAP, SEC, and statutory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to assess the impact of new accounting standards and implement solutions that drive compliance and efficiency.
• Consult on complex transactions, including M&A and investment strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and deliver training to finance teams, fostering knowledge and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor industry developments and proactively recommend policy enhancements to support strategic growth.

Qualifications :

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.
