We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Maintenance Supervisor to Ellerslie with a combined 117units . The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations at multiple properties. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians developing and implementing maintenance strategies ensuring the reliability of equipment and facilities and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintenance management excellent leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
