Setting themselves apart in the region, they excel in both vertical and horizontal concrete Their expertise extends to providing services for other contractors, EPCs, and owners, especially when projects involve intricate designs. Another unique aspect is their bonus structure, which is per-project and pays numerous times per year due to their smaller, fast-paced project approach.

As demand for their high-quality services continues to grow, so too must the team. They are in the market for a growth-oriented junior PM who is interested in making a successful career within the Structural Concrete industry.

Job Description

• Project Management Support : Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of various construction projects across the local area.
• Client Communication : Engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met, emphasizing our dedication to quality, reliability, and teamwork.
• Assisting Project Managers : Collaborate closely with Project Managers to drive projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to our high standards.
• Quality Control Emphasis : Uphold the client's standard of quality control by actively participating in the implementation of their construction capabilities, aiming to reduce costs and enhance overall project quality.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare progress reports, and ensure efficient communication across project teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required
• Some experience in General Construction or Concrete Construction
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Desire to grow career in Huntsville, AL market
