What You'll Do :

Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on diesel and natural gas generators.

Conduct complex repairs, maintenance, and testing to ensure top performance and reliability.

Accurately document service work , repairs, and findings in accordance with company and industry standards.

Collaborate with other technicians and departments to meet project timelines and service commitments.

Participate in training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to support continuous team growth.

Stay current with new technologies and best practices in the power generation industry.

Implement preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and performance.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 5-8 years of generator service experience , with strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex generator issues.

Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction .

Willingness to travel locally as required.
