Campaign Management
- Manage the operational delivery of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor progress, flagging potential issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure post-campaign reporting and wrap-up documentation is accurate and completed on time.
Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate campaign logistics, including ordering and organising materials such as uniforms, bins, gloves, posters, and other equipment.Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.Support Account Managers and Directors with administrative components of campaign delivery.Maintain project documentation, trackers, and timelines in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems.Reporting & Analysis
Collate, analyse, and present campaign data in clear and accurate reports using Excel and PowerPoint.Communication & Stakeholder Management
Maintain internal communication standards and keep stakeholders informed throughout campaigns.Perform other role-specific duties as required.
