Job Description

Primary Responsibilities & Skills :

Organize and facilitate all technical consultations with dentists on the phone or by email

Handle all daily incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems according to on-time return dates

Act as a liaison between the customer, dental center, and the lab’s production and logistics teams

Work alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issues

Assist Sales Representative in developing relationships with prospective clients and growing relationships with existing clients

Assist in quality control of fabricated cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issues

Perform hands-on repair or adjustments as needed

All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications

Must have a working, practical knowledge in all product areas of the dental lab industry

Advanced communication skills to speak with and meet clients of the dental center and resolve customer service problems

Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organization skills

Working knowledge of computers and programs, including MS Office and Outlook

Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs

High School diploma or equivalent required
