Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and support our mission of delivering unforgettable guest experiences. This role will work closely with the General Manager and ownership team to oversee daily service, ensure team alignment, and uphold the high standards of hospitality Gigglewaters is known for.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Lead, motivate, and coach team members to maintain service and quality standards

Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management

Assist with hiring, training, and performance management

Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs, helping to drive profitability

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

Actively participate in community events and local partnerships

Maintain a fun, inclusive, and respectful work environment

Requirements :

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
