As part of its continued transformation and value creation agenda, the company is seeking a

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

who can serve as a

strategic business partner

to the CEO and Board. The successful candidate will bring a combination of

strategic foresight, operational discipline, and executive confidence

to lead a high-performing global finance organization and drive measurable enterprise value.

The CFO will : Serve as a

trusted partner

to the CEO and executive team, providing forward-looking financial insights and strategic direction.

Lead the

global finance function , including FP&A, controllership, treasury, tax, audit, and systems.

Drive a

forecast-based, data-driven culture , enabling timely and confident decision-making across the enterprise.

Strengthen

financial controls, working capital performance, and capital allocation discipline .

Develop a

world-class finance team

capable of supporting global growth and operational excellence.

Partner on

inorganic growth initiatives , leading M&A diligence, integration, and value realization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience within

diversified manufacturing, industrial, or packaging

sectors.

Experience leading

multi-site, international operations

and managing complexity across business units.

Demonstrated success in

building high-performance teams , improving systems, and leading transformation.

decisive, confident, and composed

leader who can influence peers, drive accountability, and communicate clearly with investors and boards.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA and / or MBA preferred.

Compensation & Location

Location : Greater Chicago Area

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
