The Interim Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for the oversight of high-level operations within the facility. Interim CNO will oversee multiple units and specialty services including 13 ORs, 5 treatment rooms, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, Spine, Urology, ENT, and more. This leader will ensure departments are appropriately staffed to ratio and will also be expected to work with senior leadership to ensure ancillary services are meeting patient care standards. Ideal candidates will be strong, visible, and compassionate leaders. Strong operational nursing background is essential. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, adept at change management, and skilled at building relationships with both clinical staff and leadership. A focus on accountability, action plans, and driving results is critical. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Bachelor's degree is required. Active CA RN license is required. Previous experience within a perioperative and / or surgical setting is required.

Compensation Range : $210,000 to $220,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
