Location : Peoria 🏢 Department : Human Resources / People Analytics 💼 Type : Full-time | Salaried 💰 Compensation : $90,000 | Salary Grade : 26 🎯 Bonus : N / A 📅 Schedule : Primarily day shift | Some flexibility for deadlines and special projects

Do you turn complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies? We're hiring a Manager, Data Analytics, to lead reporting and analytics that drive critical people-related business decisions. This role partners with HR and Finance leadership to deliver insights for C-suite executives, manage labor cost analysis, and connect workforce metrics to financial performance.

What You'll Do

Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for C-suite decision-making

Analyze direct and indirect labor costs, providing trends and actionable insights

Build reporting that aligns with and enhances financial statements

Create and maintain analytics for benefit plan utilization and cost modeling

Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics

Lead cross-functional analytics projects, providing project management support

Partner closely with HR and Finance colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business data

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 7+ years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Benefit management experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Power BI and advanced MS Office skills
