Clinical Responsibilities

Provide routine primary care for scheduled adult patients

Conduct chronic disease management and acute visits

Perform health maintenance exams & follow-ups

Review labs, imaging, medication management

Document visits accurately within eClinicalWorks

Ensure timely, patient-centered care in a community-focused clinic

Candidate Requirements

Active & unrestricted California NP or PA license

DEA required

Board Certified (any specialty accepted with Primary Care experience)

At least some recent primary care, urgent care, or family medicine experience

Comfortable practicing autonomously with support staff
