Job Summary

  • Service Design Delivery engineer oversees delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions at the bank, including M365 product suite, voice, and video solutions.
  • The role requires technical knowledge and process expertise to examine what's needed to introduce or improve the bank's collaboration and productivity services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall program execution and health, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Ensure end-to-end plan delivery by the expected date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and track deliverables.
  • Engage with bank and vendor teams to define critical tasks and inter-dependencies.

    • Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
  • 7-10 years' experience in technology initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Skills

  • Experience delivering M365 or Regulated Messaging Services preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn bank systems and tollgates; knowledge of Jira preferred.
  • Effective interaction with teams, customers, and leadership.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
